30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (like your order number).
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (such as food or supplements if the safety seal is broken).
- Personal care and intimate items (such as lotions, oils, or sleep masks that have been used).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us First To start a return, please contact our customer support team by using the submission on the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization Do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
Step 3: Ship Your Item Securely package your item and include your RMA number inside the box. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your desired product quickly without waiting for a direct exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us by using the submission on the Contact Us page.
Please provide your order number and include a photo of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and cover the cost of any necessary return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As mentioned, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
